Risks and forecast interpretation
Experimental estimate — no return or accuracy guarantee. CWI shows market data, blockchain transfers and uncertain estimates. A historical test is not the same as a forecast issued before an event. Transfers alone cannot establish ownership or buying and selling intentions. Do not make investment decisions solely on the basis of this service. Forecast uncertainty does not remove your statutory consumer rights.
What do the figures tell us?
- Price history describes past prices recorded by the source. Source, timestamp and currency must match in a comparison.
- Historical test or scenario describes a model on past data. It does not show that the result would have been available before the event.
- Genuine forward monitoring compares an estimate locked before the target time with the outcome observed later. A few outcomes do not establish model reliability.
- Blockchain transfer does not by itself establish ownership, a trade or an investor's intention. A transfer may, for example, be internal to one organisation.
- Missing or insufficient evidence does not mean zero risk or an unchanged price. Data may be delayed, missing or incorrect.
A forecast is not a promise
Cryptoasset values can change sharply and you can lose all invested capital. Past performance, a downside scenario or a model estimate does not guarantee future performance. Assess the sources, uncertainty and your own circumstances separately.
